Chief Administrative Officer

Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)Job Summary:

Dr Heal Multispeciality Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to oversee overall hospital operations, ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination, drive revenue growth, and maintain high standards of patient care and compliance. The CAO will be responsible for operational efficiency, financial discipline, team leadership, and achieving organizational goals within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

Key Responsibilities:1️ Hospital Operations Management

  • Oversee daily hospital operations across all departments
  • Ensure smooth coordination between medical, administrative, and support teams
  • Monitor workflow efficiency and reduce operational delays
  • Implement SOPs and maintain service quality standards

2 Financial & Revenue Oversight

  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance
  • Control operational costs and improve profitability
  • Ensure billing accuracy and collection efficiency
  • Review daily financial and operational MIS reports

3️ Team Leadership & HR Coordination

  • Supervise department heads and ensure accountability
  • Conduct performance reviews and set KPIs for teams
  • Ensure discipline, attendance, and staff productivity
  • Support recruitment and workforce planning

4️ Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
  • Monitor documentation, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness
  • Maintain patient satisfaction and service quality benchmarks

5️ Strategy & Growth

  • Develop business growth strategies and expansion plans
  • Identify new revenue opportunities
  • Support branding and marketing initiatives
  • Improve patient acquisition and retention strategies

6️ TAT & Performance Monitoring

  • Ensure all departments meet defined daily and monthly TAT
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and performance metrics
  • Conduct regular review meetings with management

Required Skills:

  • Financial and analytical skills
  • Problem-solving and crisis management ability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management preferred
  • Any relevant postgraduate qualification in healthcare management
  • 7–12 years experience in hospital administration
  • Minimum 3–5 years in senior leadership role preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
