Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Services Sales
• Strong expertise in Staff Augmentation
• Demonstrated success in selling IT solutions in global markets (US, GCC, EU, etc.)
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strategic mindset with a focus on revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s global business development strategy
• Identify, pursue, and close high-value international opportunities
• Build, lead, and scale the business development team
• Establish strategic partnerships and key client relationships
• Drive consistent revenue growth and market expansion
• Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams for aligned growth
