Role Overview:
The successful candidate will become the architect of the global commercial strategy, uniting sales, marketing, and product development. Your goal is to accelerate company growth by positioning it as a leader in the B2B services segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Commercial Planning (B2B)
- Development of strategies for priority markets, taking into account industry trends and competitive analysis
- Tactical planning to achieve KPIs and management of sales and marketing (revenue, margin, etc.)
- Management of the commercial unit’s P&L (budget approval and cost control)
Product Development
- Development, packaging, and launch of new B2B products (target margin 50%+)
- Repackaging existing services with a focus on premium positioning
- Optimization of the product portfolio (profitability analysis, discontinuation of non-core directions)
Sales and Marketing
- Building a lead generation system through:
- Digital channels (targeted advertising, SEO, webinars)
- Partner programs and referral schemes
- Redesign of the sales funnel with AI-based demand forecasting
- Redesign of the customer journey using AI and automation
- Deal cycle management—from first contact to repeat sales (cycle reduction to a logical minimum and timely identification and elimination of gaps and leaks in sales funnels)
Processes and Analytics
- Implementation of AmoCRM (mandatory):
- Automation setup (manager triggers, automated client reminders)
- Creation of reporting templates for funnel stages
Development of real-time analytical dashboards:
- CAC, LTV, ROI
- Stage-by-stage conversion
- Marketing channel efficiency
- Pricing policy formation (cost analysis, demand, positioning versus competitors)
Team and Operational Management
- Leadership of departments (sales + marketing)
- Hiring and training employees
- KPI implementation (motivation linked to revenue and conversion)
- Weekly planning meetings and case reviews
- Personal control of key deals (participation in negotiations with top clients)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CCO / Commercial Director in B2B services
- Deep understanding of sales processes, marketing, metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI), and financial analytics
- Ability to create and scale product solutions
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring AmoCRM (mandatory); Power BI / Google Analytics is a plus
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and make decisions under uncertainty
- Fluent in Russian, English language proficiency: C1+
