Chief Compliance Officer

Overview:

Digital Service Tamil is seeking a skilled Chief Compliance Officer to lead our compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to laws and regulations. This key role will involve establishing a strong compliance culture across the organization to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate measures.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance issues and best practices.
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure the organization adapts to new legal requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage communications related to compliance matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or in a similar compliance role.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance topics effectively to varied audiences.
