We are seeking a Chief Content & Creative Strategy Officer who combines executive leadership with deep expertise in content strategy, digital publishing, and creative direction. In this role, you will lead enterprise content initiatives, oversee creative production teams, and guide strategic programs that enhance brand storytelling, audience engagement, and content performance.

Working closely with executive leadership, creative directors, and content teams, you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s long-term content vision and ensuring consistent, high-quality creative output.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Lead creative direction for digital publishing, storytelling, and multimedia content initiatives

Creative Production & Content Operations

  • Oversee content production workflows, editorial processes, and publishing systems
  • Ensure high-quality content delivery across digital platforms and publishing channels

Brand Development & Audience Engagement

  • Strengthen brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all content channels
  • Implement strategies that improve audience engagement, reach, and content performance

Digital Publishing & Platform Integration

  • Guide integration between content management systems, publishing platforms, and digital tools
  • Support scalable and efficient content distribution strategies

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including writers, editors, designers, and content strategists
  • Develop high-performing teams focused on creative excellence and innovation

What We Are Looking For:

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in content strategy, digital publishing, creative direction, or media leadership
  • Experience managing large-scale content teams or publishing operations

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), digital publishing platforms, and content analytics tools
  • Experience with multimedia content production, SEO strategies, and audience engagement tools

Core Competencies

  • Strategic leadership and creative storytelling expertise
  • Strong analytical thinking and content performance optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management abilities

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, or related field preferred
  • Advanced certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or publishing are highly valued

Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
