ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a leading creator-led digital media production company based in Los Angeles, producing two flagship long-form series with a combined audience of 10M+ subscribers. Our content spans true crime, history, and cultural commentary, delivered through a fully scripted, research-driven production pipeline. We are scaling from a founder-driven operation into a professionally managed media company and are building the leadership team to get us there.
THE ROLE
The Chief Content Officer will serve as the senior editorial and content strategy leader, overseeing all creative output across both flagship series. This role will own the end-to-end content pipeline, from research and scripting through post-production, and will become the primary editorial decision-maker, enabling the founder to focus on on-camera performance and brand vision. This is a ground-floor executive hire with significant influence over the company's creative direction, team architecture, and revenue strategy.
