Chief Dental Surgeon

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chief Dentist to lead clinical operations at our dental clinic in Saidapet, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, leadership ability, and a patient-focused approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions including general, preventive, and restorative procedures
• Supervise and guide junior dentists, dental assistants, and support staff
• Develop and maintain high standards of clinical care and hygiene
• Handle complex dental cases and treatment planning
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, safety, and sterilization standards
• Build strong relationships with patients and ensure patient satisfaction
• Manage daily clinical operations and support clinic growth
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

Requirements

• BDS / MDS from a recognized dental college
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of modern dental procedures and equipment
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
• Ability to lead a team and manage clinic responsibilities
• Valid Dental Council registration

Preferred Skills

• Experience in clinic management
• Expertise in multiple dental procedures (RCT, crowns, extractions, cosmetic dentistry, etc.)
• Professional, ethical, and compassionate approach to patient care
