Define long-term design vision, brand DNA/ design language, and portfolio strategy; align design with business goals; mentor Head of Design; represent design at leadership and board level; translate vision into product programs; final design sign-off; interface with engineering, suppliers, and management.

Vehicle Design Lead, End-to-end vehicle

Lead vehicle design from concept to SOP; integrate styling, ergonomics, and CMF; coordinate with CAD, balance emotion vs feasibility, engineering, and suppliers.

Styling / Concept Designer

Form & identity

Create sketches, themes, and surface intent; define body panels, lamps, and graphics; maintain brand consistency.

Rider Interface / Ergonomics Designer

Comfort & usability

Define rider triangle; design seat, handle, footpeg, switchgear, and cluster layout; ensure comfort and visibility.

CAD / Production Design Engineer (Senior)

Production-ready CAD

Convert design intent into production CAD; define Engineering, feasibility and tolerances; manage supplier drawings and DFM.

CAD / Production Design Engineer (Junior)

CAD detailing support

Support CAD development, revisions, BOM updates, and supplier iterations under senior guidance. CMF + Visualization Designer

Finish & communication

Define paint, textures, graphics, and decals with cost awareness; create renders for design reviews and marketing.

Prototype / Validation Specialist (Optional)

Early risk reduction

Manage mockups, 3D prints, and proto parts; support fit and finish validation before tooling.
