Chief Development Officer

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Development Officer to lead the end-to-end development and design of a large-scale, high-value mixed-use project in KSA. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in feasibility, master planning, and full-cycle development, operating at C-suite level with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive the full development lifecycle, from concept through to completion.
• Lead feasibility studies, master planning, and strategic design direction.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with commercial, financial, and operational goals.
• Provide C-level leadership, representing the development agenda with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver world-class mixed-use developments.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of proven experience in real estate development (not delivery).
• Strong background in large-scale, high-value mixed-use projects.
• Prior experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is essential .
• Demonstrated ability to deliver A–Z development projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of operating at executive level.
