Chief Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Chief Engineer to lead our engineering operations and drive excellence across our facilities. This pivotal role involves overseeing maintenance, managing technical teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all mechanical, electrical, IT and industrial systems. As a Chief Engineer, you will champion safety standards, optimize operational efficiency, and implement innovative solutions to support our maintenance and facilities management objectives. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve high performance while maintaining rigorous compliance with industry regulations.

Duties

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and systems operate at peak performance, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance management strategies utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to schedule, track, and optimize maintenance activities.
• Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage circuits, schematic.
• Manage facilities operations related to HVAC systems, mechanical infrastructure, and overall building management to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Conduct regular inspections using tools like ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues; interpret schematics for system troubleshooting.
• Coordinate projects involving industrial maintenance upgrades or new system installations with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion within scope.
• Supervise safety protocols related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and mechanical operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices.

Requirements

• Proven management experience leading engineering or maintenance teams within manintenance environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by expertise in electrical systems—both high voltage and low voltage—including schematics interpretation.
• (CPO) certified pool operator certification required
• In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, facilities management principles, and industrial maintenance procedures.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on leadership development and team motivation.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication across diverse teams; familiarity with technical documentation is essential.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for troubleshooting electrical issues. Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
