Chief Engineer- MRT Tunnel TBM (Expatriate)

We are looking for Chief Engineer of MRT Tunnel TBM (Expatriate) for a construction company.

Responsibilities :

• Technical Coordination and Management : Take full responsibility for the technical planning, scheme design, and implementation guidance of MRT Tunnel subway TBM to ensure that the projects meet international standards and local regulatory requirements. Lead the review of construction drawings, process optimization, and tackling of major technical challenges.
• On - site Supervision and Coordination : Organize the progress control of the construction site, coordinate the connection of design, procurement, and construction links to ensure the efficient progress of the project. Supervise the implementation of the engineering quality and safety system, conduct regular inspections, and resolve potential risk points.
• Team Collaboration and Communication : Lead the international technical team in work, cooperate with the acceptance process of the project owner and consulting units, participate in project regular meetings and report the progress. Assist in handling cooperation matters in a cross - cultural environment.
• Compliance Assurance : Be familiar with local laws and regulations to ensure that the project implementation process meets the requirements of policies such as environmental protection and labor protection, and avoid legal risks.
• Applicants must be able to adapt to long-term work abroad (in Bangladesh).
• Other Responsibilities.

Qualifications :

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the MRT subway field or at least 2 complete work experiences in MRT subway projects or at least one equivalent management position experience in MRT subway project.
• Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above.

• Technical expertise in MRT subway projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations in Bangladesh.

Salary:

• $3K-$5K.
