Chief executive Accountant

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance company performance.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, zakat, and periodic reporting.
Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's or CPA/CMA is a plus).
Minimum of 10 years of financial experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
Previous experience in contracting/construction companies is a must.
Strong knowledge of financial systems; experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
Excellent skills in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Solid understanding of IFRS and financial compliance standards.
