School Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

A School CEO provides leadership for the school’s vision, strategy, operations, finances, and stakeholder relations, with a strong focus on academic excellence, staff development, compliance, and building a positive school culture. The role works closely with the Board to drive the school’s mission, student success, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals
• Oversee overall organizational performance and growth

Educational Oversight

• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
• Oversee curriculum implementation and data-informed instructional practices
• Support students’ academic and personal development outcomes

Financial & Operational Management

• Manage financial health, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency, and long-term sustainability

People & Culture

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven school culture
• Support staff well-being and professional growth

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with the Board, staff, parents, community, and external partners

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection as a top priority
• Serve as Accounting Officer (where applicable, e.g., Trust-managed schools)

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Visionary, ethical, and collaborative leadership style
• Proven experience in educational leadership, finance, or strategic management (2–5 years)
• Strong decision-making and data-informed planning skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Master’s degree preferred; relevant education or administration credentials desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
