A School CEO provides leadership for the school’s vision, strategy, operations, finances, and stakeholder relations, with a strong focus on academic excellence, staff development, compliance, and building a positive school culture. The role works closely with the Board to drive the school’s mission, student success, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and strategic goals
- Oversee overall organizational performance and growth
Educational Oversight
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
- Oversee curriculum implementation and data-informed instructional practices
- Support students’ academic and personal development outcomes
Financial & Operational Management
- Manage financial health, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency, and long-term sustainability
People & Culture
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven school culture
- Support staff well-being and professional growth
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with the Board, staff, parents, community, and external partners
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection as a top priority
- Serve as Accounting Officer (where applicable, e.g., Trust-managed schools)
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Visionary, ethical, and collaborative leadership style
- Proven experience in educational leadership, finance, or strategic management (2–5 years)
- Strong decision-making and data-informed planning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Master’s degree preferred; relevant education or administration credentials desirable
