Chief Executive Officer

Blackbull Chamber is hiring a CEO-level leader who can raise funds, lead startup projects, build investor relationships, and develop a robust funds management system for internal and client-facing business operations. The ideal candidate should be highly strategic, execution-focused, and capable of handling fundraising, project governance, financial discipline, and growth partnerships.

Role Summary

The CEO (Fundraising & Startup Projects) will be responsible for:

  • Leading capital raising initiatives (investors, HNIs, strategic partners, institutions)
  • Managing and scaling startup projects under the Blackbull Chamber platform
  • Designing and implementing a funds management system for allocation, monitoring, controls, reporting, and utilization discipline
  • Building high-trust stakeholder relationships across investors, founders, legal, finance, and operations teams
  • Ensuring structured execution with risk awareness and governance

This is a leadership position for a person who can combine fundraising + business management + financial systems thinking.

1) Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Lead fundraising strategy for Blackbull Chamber and associated startup/project initiatives
  • Identify and approach investors including HNIs, family offices, angel investors, VCs, private investors, and strategic partners
  • Prepare and review investor documents such as:
  • Pitch decks
  • Financial summaries
  • Business plans
  • Investment notes / teasers
  • Term sheet support documents (with legal/finance team)
  • Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Maintain investor follow-up pipelines and closure tracking
  • Build long-term investor confidence through transparent communication and reporting systems

2) Startup Project Leadership

  • Oversee startup project planning, launch, growth roadmap, and execution mechanisms
  • Evaluate project viability, revenue potential, operational needs, and risk exposure
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, tech, and business teams for project execution
  • Create measurable milestones and timelines for each project
  • Ensure delivery discipline, commercial focus, and scalability planning
  • Support founders/teams in structuring business operations and monetization paths

3) Fund Management System Development

  • Design and implement a structured Funds Management System for:
  • Fund inflow tracking
  • Allocation control
  • Budgeting and utilization monitoring
  • Approval workflows
  • Reporting dashboards
  • Risk flags and compliance checkpoints
  • Work with finance and legal teams to create control-based fund usage policies
  • Improve transparency, accountability, and traceability of fund deployment
  • Establish internal SOPs for financial governance and project-level fund discipline
  • Build review frameworks for monthly/quarterly fund performance and utilization status

4) Strategy, Governance & Reporting

  • Prepare management reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop growth strategy, expansion models, and partnership structures
  • Monitor commercial performance and financial sustainability of projects
  • Ensure operational coordination with compliance, legal documentation, and contractual processes
  • Create decision-making dashboards and review systems for management
  • Support long-term institutional structuring of Blackbull Chamber initiatives

5) Team Leadership & Execution Management

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams working on fundraising and startup development
  • Build accountability systems and execution review processes
  • Define role ownership, timelines, and delivery KPIs
  • Drive a performance-oriented, professional, and confidential work culture

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong fundraising and investor communication ability
  • Excellent business strategy and startup project handling capability
  • Financial understanding (budgeting, cash flow logic, fund utilization planning, reporting discipline)
  • Leadership and decision-making under pressure
  • Negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build systems, not just handle tasks

Preferred Background

  • Experience in startup fundraising / investment advisory / venture building / business leadership
  • Prior exposure to capital raising, investor management, or structured financial operations
  • Experience in building or managing project finance controls / fund deployment systems
  • Background in business, finance, consulting, legal-commercial operations, or startup management is preferred
  • Candidates with strong execution records in growth-stage projects will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per month
