Duties

• Monitor financial performance through rigorous management of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a strong background in business management and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated success in managing large teams through supervising experience and effective management techniques.
• Expertise in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, foster innovation, and drive organizational change.
• Business development acumen with a track record of expanding organizational reach or revenue streams.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate vision clearly and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.

Pay: $62,761.02 - $75,583.16 per year
