Job Summary:

Dar Al Hajar Contracting Building LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and oversee all aspects of our construction operations. The CEO will be responsible for driving company growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision and business plans
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient project execution across all construction sites
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior leadership and departmental teams
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Manage company budgets, financial performance, and cost control strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends and implement innovative construction practices
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and public engagements
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 10–15 years of leadership experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations and market
• Ability to drive growth and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with government and private sector projects in the UAE
• Strong network within the construction industry
• PMP or relevant professional certifications
