Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies aligned with organizational vision and mission, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
• Lead executive-level teams across business management, operations, marketing, fundraising, and program delivery to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate strong relationships with the board of directors through regular communication, strategic collaboration, and effective governance practices.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and innovative programs that support organizational goals.
• Lead fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations or revenue-generating activities for business entities to secure resources necessary for growth and impact.
• Manage operational functions by establishing policies, overseeing project execution, supervising staff performance, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Represent the organization publicly at conferences, community events, and media engagements to enhance visibility and stakeholder engagement.

Experience

• Demonstrated corporate strategy experience with a proven track record of leading organizations through growth phases or transformational change.
• Extensive executive leadership experience managing diverse teams at senior levels within nonprofit or corporate environments.
• Strong background in business management combined with expertise in financial oversight, including budget management at an executive level.
• Proven success in strategic planning, operational management, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
• Experience working closely with boards of directors or trustees to align organizational objectives with governance standards.
• Nonprofit financial management experience is highly desirable, especially in fundraising campaigns or nonprofit program funding strategies.
• Skilled in collaboration across departments to foster teamwork; supervising teams; managing complex projects; and driving organizational excellence through strategic initiatives.

Pay: $82,750.29 - $99,656.26 per year
