Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and driven Co-founder to join our innovative startup. As a Co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of the company. You will work closely with other founders and stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies that align with our mission.

Duties

• Collaborate with co-founders to establish the company’s vision, mission, and overall strategy.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with long-term goals.
• Lead business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage financial resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide senior leadership by mentoring team members and fostering a positive organizational culture.
• Supervise various departments to ensure operational efficiency and high performance.
• Conduct market research to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business management or a related field.
• Strong background in strategic planning and execution.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience with a track record of successful management.
• Experience in supervising teams and fostering employee development.
• Knowledge of business development strategies and financial management practices.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
