Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization in the gas industry. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and partners, while fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve company goals.
• Develop and implement business plans to ensure profitability and growth.
• Oversee daily operations, production, and distribution activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and business partners.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and ethical business practices.
• Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within the company.
• Manage and develop the executive leadership team.
• Report company performance and progress to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the gas, oil, or energy sector.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and strategic growth.
• Strong understanding of financial management, risk control, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
