Position Overview
The CEO will provide strategic leadership, revenue growth, and operational excellence, with a
primary focus on expanding our market presence with hyperscale data center clients. This leader
must combine a deep understanding of the data center ecosystem with a strong sales and
business development orientation. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in delivering
major mission-critical projects while fostering lasting client partnerships in the hyperscale space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy within
the hyperscale data center construction sector.
• Client Engagement: Build and expand high-level relationships with hyperscale data center
operators, cloud providers, and colocation clients.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive business development and sales initiatives to secure new
contracts, expand existing partnerships, and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
• Project Delivery Excellence: Ensure operational execution, safety, quality, and on-time
delivery for large-scale, complex data center construction projects.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing leadership team spanning
operations, engineering, and business development.
• Financial Management: Oversee P&L, budgets, and forecasting to ensure sustainable
growth and profitability.
• Market Expansion: Identify new markets, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities to
strengthen the company’s position as a premier hyperscale construction partner.
• Industry Advocacy: Represent the company in industry forums, associations, and client
engagements, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven success as a senior-level executive in a mission-critical
infrastructure organization.
• Strong track record of delivering major data center projects (hyperscale campuses, or mission-critical builds).
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business with hyperscale and cloud
clients.
• Deep understanding of data center development cycles, client requirements, and mission critical
construction standards.
• Excellent technical knowledge of hyperscale data center solutions, engineering and
development.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management and revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership skills: able to inspire, align, and grow cross-functional teams.
• Established executive-level network within hyperscale cloud providers and colocation
developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
