Chief Executive Officer (EV Manufacturing)

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the establishment, growth, and global positioning of the company This is a pivotal role that demands an entrepreneurial and visionary leader capable of driving end-to-end business strategy i.e. from manufacturing setup and product development to global distribution, partnerships, and financial performance. The CEO will oversee all operational, commercial, and strategic aspects of the company while steering it toward becoming a regional and international leader in EV charging solutions and sustainable mobility technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with shareholder and joint venture objectives.
• Establish the EV charging manufacturing facility in the UAE, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and technological innovation.
• Drive the organization’s growth across B2B, B2C, and government sectors, positioning the company as a trusted regional leader in EV infrastructure.
• Build a robust leadership team and foster a high-performance culture grounded in innovation, sustainability, and accountability.

Operational & Manufacturing Oversight

• Oversee the design, commissioning, and operation of the EV charger manufacturing plant.
• Implement world-class manufacturing processes ensuring product quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with international standards.
• Lead R&D and product innovation strategies in collaboration with global technology partners.
• Establish supply chain, procurement, and logistics frameworks for seamless production and delivery cycles.

Commercial & Business Growth

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand global and regional market share.
• Identify and secure key clients, partnerships, and distribution networks across government, utility, and private sectors.
• Oversee pricing, profitability, and business performance metrics to ensure sustainable commercial growth.
• Represent the company at international forums, exhibitions, and regulatory discussions related to EV and clean energy.

Financial & Corporate Governance

• Manage the company’s P&L, budgets, and capital expenditures, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term value creation.
• Oversee investor relations, funding strategies, and financial planning for expansion.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks, local regulations, and ESG standards.

Stakeholder & Global Relations

• Act as the key liaison between shareholders, JV partners, government entities, and international stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with industry regulators, energy ministries, and innovation councils to promote strategic alignment and advocacy.
• Drive the company’s reputation as a global innovator in sustainable energy and EV infrastructure.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or Senior Executive within the EV charging, renewable energy, automotive, or petroleum sectors.
• Strong track record of building or scaling manufacturing operations in a technology or energy-intensive industry.
• Deep understanding of EV charging technology, infrastructure deployment, and energy transition ecosystems.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership capability across operations, finance, manufacturing, and commercial strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills at global and government levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead high-growth, multi-market ventures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
