Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a conglomerate company operating in different sectors including organic medicinal aromatic plant agriculture, cosmetics and ready meals manufacturing.

Now we are looking for a high caliber, resistant, talented CFO for its growing organization.

Job Description

• The person will directly report to CEO and board.
• CFO will lead a team that has about 10 members including Finance, Accounting, Budget and Reporting and Treasury teams.
• CFO will search and select best credit options for funding plant construction investment including EBRD and local rural development funds .
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• S/He will focus on Project Financing
• S/He will deliver rigorous, sustainable cash flow for the group companies.
• The person will compose investment presentation and financial statements for investment bankers.
• The person will contribute to decisions whether purchase or lease, manufacture or source through sub-contractor through rigorous financial analysis.

The Profile

• Graduated from Economy, Business Administration or Finance departments of prominent universities.
• Having an MBA Degree would be an asset but not a must.
• Holding CPA and SPK certificates are advantage but not mandatory.
• Advanced level of English is required in order to credit sourcing from international funds
• Minimum 20 years of business experience is required. Preferably first years spent in an Investment Bank responsible for credits and later worked as Project Finance Manager or CFO positions
• Experienced in Project Finance domain. Specially experienced in fundraising projects from IFC , EBRD or Worldbank .
• Preferably residing in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul or in anywhere able to come to Çamlıca for every working day where our HQ is located.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Have valid driving license
