Chief Financial Officer

Founded in 1968, the Health and Education Foundation (SEV) manages seven prestigious schools including Üsküdar American Academy, American Collegiate Institute, Tarsus American College, SEV American College and one publishing house (Redhouse). Main role of the foundation is to ensure the improvement of its long-established educational institutions, which operate according to international standards. Role

We seek a CFO to lead Finance, Accounting and related functions across SEV and affiliated institutions. You will own budgeting and consolidation, treasury and banking, financial reporting and governance, and provide executive oversight of capital projects. The role functionally oversees School Finance & Administrative Managers and partners with School Management and the General Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Lead annual budgeting, consolidation, monthly variance analysis, and Board reporting
• Manage treasury, banking, risk–return, and financial modeling for new initiatives
• Guide pricing/feasibility for tuition, scholarships, and supplementary programs
• Integrate investment plans into financial forecasts; ensure on-time/on-budget delivery
• Strengthen policies, internal controls, and cross-institutional financial synergies
• Build capabilities, succession, and performance across teams

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Finance or related; MBA/CPA preferred
• 5+ years in senior finance leadership (audit firm and/or multinational experience a plus)
• Strong governance, budgeting, consolidation, and treasury expertise
• Experience in matrix organizations; excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strategic, analytical, decisive, and execution-focused
• Advanced English is a must
