Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations, capital expenditures, and strategic investments.
• Audit & Risk Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, and identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Banking Management: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiate favorable terms, arrange financing facilities, and optimize banking services in line with the company’s financial needs.
• Financial Reconciliation: Oversee timely and accurate reconciliation of all financial accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Payroll Management: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements while complying with applicable tax, labor, and statutory regulations.
• Taxation: Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full compliance with prevailing tax laws and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; ACCA (Part Qualified / Qualified) or equivalent professional certification will be preferred.
• Proven experience in cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, including relationship management, financing arrangements, and negotiation of banking terms.
• Sound understanding of taxation laws and the ability to develop tax-efficient strategies while ensuring full compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines with accuracy and integrity.
