Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and high-caliber Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and play a key role in driving the organization’s financial strategy.

This is a critical and strategic role responsible for leading the financial direction of the organization, ensuring robust governance, and driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation within a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with regulatory and statutory requirements
• Strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, and risk management practices
• Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support executive decision-making and business growth
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, regulators, and investors
• Drive financial efficiency, cost optimization, and capital allocation strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role (CFO / Finance Director level)
• Strong experience in driving financial strategy, transformation, and business performance
• Solid understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive and board level
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
