Work Schedule

• Full-time executive position
• Standard business hours with flexibility based on financial reporting cycles and strategic planning needs
• Occasional extended hours during audits, budgeting, and closing periods

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall financial strategy and planning for the organization
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies
• Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls
• Lead financial risk management and mitigation strategies
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth strategies
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulators
• Evaluate investment opportunities and financial feasibility
• Monitor profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor finance teams across departments

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
