Job Overview

Lions GSC is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial operations and support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and overall financial strategy while working closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage cash flow, financial controls, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership
• Monitor company performance and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial partners

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Leadership and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional finance/accounting qualifications are preferred
