Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will lead all financial operations, develop strategies for growth, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and capital structure.
• Oversee accounting, taxation, and audit functions.
• Implement strong internal controls and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare detailed monthly/quarterly reports.
• Optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Support top management in strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.
• Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical & Manufacturing companies.
• Qualification: ACCA / CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, ERP systems, and financial compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
