Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Only male

Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive experience in Taxation, Financial Strategy, Compliance, and Departmental Management. The ideal candidate will lead our financial operations, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and oversee multi-functional finance teams to support the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting
• Lead Finance and Taxation teams as HOD with clear direction and oversight
• Oversee tax planning, filing, audits, and compliance (local & international)
• Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Assess financial risks and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and external partners
• Deliver strategic financial insights to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior-level financial executive
• Strong expertise in Taxation, including corporate tax, compliance, and advisory
• Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, M.Com or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead department as HOD
• Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience 3 to 5 years required.

Office Hours & Perks

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Competitive Salary: PKR 80,000 to 150,000, negotiable based on experience and interview performance.
