Chief Financial Officer (Singapore/Remote)

We are now expanding in Singapore and looking for a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance, compliance, and regulatory efforts in the region.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee full accounting, payroll, reporting, and audits for PTE.
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to MAS under the Payment Services Act (PSA).
• Own capital adequacy and safeguarding of customer funds processes.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Manage relationships with MAS, auditors, banks, and external advisors.
• Support ZEN's global expansion in Asia.

What we expect:

• Resident in Singapore, meeting MAS Fit & Proper criteria.
• 5+ years in fintech, including at least 3 years in Major Payment Institutions in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of PSA, MAS rules, capital adequacy, safeguarding, and AML/CFT.
• Proven leadership in financial controls, governance, and risk management.
