Chief General Dentist

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Chief Resident General Dentist to join our energetic and patient-focused team. We are looking for a compassionate dentist who is eager to provide high-quality dental care, build strong patient relationships, and grow professionally in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral conditions
• Deliver general dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care
• Place and restore dental implants under supervision
• Manage patient treatment plans and follow-up care
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene, diet, and preventive care
• Collaborate closely with specialists and support staff for coordinated care
• Ensure all treatments meet safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Utilize digital dental technology, including intraoral scanners, digital x-rays, and practice management software
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development opportunities
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient operatory and clinic environment
• Foster a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients
• Contribute to practice growth by building lasting patient relationships and encouraging preventive care
• Male candidates preferred
• Basic Salary: 30000+incentive
