Chief Governance, Risk & Compliance

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief GRC to lead the organization’s Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance functions in the Saudi market. The role plays a critical part in strengthening corporate governance, managing enterprise risks, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations and applicable international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the enterprise-wide GRC framework.
• Oversee strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and regulatory authorities.
• Advise executive management and the Board on governance and risk matters.
• Develop and monitor internal controls, policies, and compliance programs.
• Promote a strong governance and risk-aware culture across the organization.

Qualifications, Certifications & Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as: CRISC , CGEIT , CISA ,CIA , ISO 31000 / ISO 37301.
• MBA or CFA is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
