Job Title: Part-Time Chief Happiness Officer
Location: Brookfield, WI
Schedule: 9:00A - 3:00P. This is flexible
Position Summary
The Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) is responsible for creating a welcoming, engaging, and positive experience for employees and guests across the organization. This role leads employee engagement initiatives, internal events, communications, onboarding activities, and workplace culture programs.
The CHO plays a key role in fostering a connected and energized workplace through exceptional hospitality, organization, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and coordinate employee celebrations and recognition programs
- Organize and support employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in developing initiatives that enhance workplace morale and company culture
Onboarding & Orientation
- Support new hire orientation sessions
- Ensure a welcoming and organized onboarding experience
- Prepare onboarding materials and collaborate with department leaders
Internal Communications
- Support internal communication efforts related to events, announcements, and employee engagement
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain inventory and order office and event supplies as needed
- Coordinate meeting logistics and event preparation
- Support additional culture, communication, and administrative initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, hospitality, employee engagement, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Positive attitude, energetic personality, and passion for creating a welcoming environment

Work Environment
This position operates in an office setting and involves regular interaction with employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership. Occasional evening or off-site event participation may be required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
