Regulatory Compliance:-
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations (e.g., labor laws, equal employment, wage & hour, data privacy, etc.).
- Monitor changes in labor and employment legislation and update internal policies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Mitigate HR-related risks through proactive audits, policies, and training.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Policy Development and Enforcement:-
- Develop, review, and update employee handbooks, codes of conduct, and HR compliance policies.
- Ensure proper dissemination and training on compliance policies throughout the organization.
- Develop, update, and communicate performance management policies and guidelines.
- Introduce KPIs, competencies, rating systems, and development plans into the PMS framework.
Audit and Risk Management:-
- Conduct internal HR audits and prepare for external audits.
- Identify areas of risk and non-compliance, and recommend corrective action plans.
Training and Awareness:-
- Develop and deliver training programs related to workplace compliance, including anti-harassment, discrimination, ethics, and privacy.
Investigations and Reporting:-
- Lead or support investigations of employee complaints, misconduct, or policy violations.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for compliance-related incidents.
Collaboration:-
- Work closely with Legal, Risk, Finance, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to compliance and ethics.
- Act as liaison with regulatory bodies when necessary.
Data Privacy and Recordkeeping:-
- Ensure proper handling of employee records and personal data in compliance with laws such as GDPR, HIPAA, or local equivalents.
Performance Management System Implementation :-
- Design and manage end-to-end performance management processes (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end appraisals, etc.).
- Work with leadership to align individual, team, and department goals with organizational objectives.
- Maintain and upgrade PMS tools or platforms (manual or digital).
- Ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in performance assessments.
- Address grievances or appeals related to performance reviews.

- Education :- MBA , Any Bechelor Degree
