Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

We are a growing technology and services organization operating in the domains of software development, cybersecurity, compliance, and digital transformation. We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR leader to build a high-performance culture, strengthen organizational capability, and align human resource strategy with business objectives.

Position Summary

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead the complete HR function of the organization and act as a strategic advisor to executive management. The role requires a seasoned professional with 15+ years of progressive HR experience, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in organizational development, talent management, HR operations, employee engagement, and policy formulation.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in corporate, technology, or service-sector environments and possess the ability to build scalable HR systems aligned with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.

Establish and improve HR policies, SOPs, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs.

Drive organizational culture, leadership development, and employee retention strategies.

Oversee compensation & benefits structure, salary benchmarking, incentives, and medical benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Lead performance evaluation frameworks and KPI-based appraisal systems.

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.

Develop learning & development initiatives for leadership and staff growth.

Advise executive management on HR risks, organizational restructuring, and strategic manpower decisions.

Supervise HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance systems, onboarding, and HR analytics.

Build and mentor a high-performing HR team.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum 15 years of relevant HR experience, including senior leadership roles.

Proven experience as Head of HR, Director HR, CHRO, or equivalent executive role.

Strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Experience in technology, software, corporate, or service industries will be preferred.

HR certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
