Chief Information Officer

This role blends operational excellence with strong AI leadership, modern architecture, and deep partnership across Moore’s executive and cybersecurity teams.

Your Impact:

Strategic Technology & AI Leadership
  • Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with organizational goals and positions the company for long-term success.
  • Lead the organization’s AI vision—identifying opportunities, shaping use cases, and ensuring AI is responsibly and effectively integrated across the business.
  • Anticipate future technological trends and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
Modern Architecture & Infrastructure
  • Architect and modernize the company’s technology systems, infrastructure, and platforms to support scalability, security, and innovation.
  • Oversee cloud strategy, data platforms, integrated APIs, and system interoperability.
  • Ensure the technology foundation supports rapid development, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
Business Enablement & Integration
  • Lead and position the IT function as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring technology solutions enhance workflows, improve customer experience, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Understand how internal systems intersect with consumer-facing products, even if not directly responsible for product development.
  • Work closely with the CTO, CDO, and cybersecurity team to ensure alignment across engineering, product, and IT.
Digital Transformation & AI Adoption
  • Lead the organization through cultural and operational transformation as AI becomes embedded in daily work.
  • Champion the development and deployment of AI agents, automation tools, and intelligent workflows that reshape how teams operate.
  • Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and processes through AI and automation.
Technology Operations
  • Oversee IT operations, infrastructure reliability, and service delivery.
  • Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and compliant with industry standards and laws and regulations applicable to the organization based on the types of client and company data assets processed.
  • Optimize IT performance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT team with a focus on innovation, accountability, business unit collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Develop talent in areas such as AI engineering, cloud architecture, and data management.
  • Foster a culture that embraces change, experimentation, and modern technology practices.
Vendor, Partner & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, AI partners, and service providers.
  • Evaluate and prioritize technology investments in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Ensure vendor solutions align with long-term architecture and AI strategy.
Your Profile:

Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with demonstrated success leading large - scale technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience driving AI adoption, digital transformation, and modernization efforts.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity remediation and baselining efforts, and integrated systems.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing cross - functional strategy.
