Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
• Lead Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response, and threat intelligence functions
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks
• Oversee cybersecurity architecture, cloud security, and infrastructure protection
• Manage enterprise risk assessments and regulatory compliance (local and international standards)
• Lead incident response planning and breach management
• Advise executive leadership on cyber risk posture and mitigation strategies
• Build and mentor high-performing cybersecurity teams
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and strategic partners
• Ensure continuous improvement of security posture across all systems

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in senior cybersecurity leadership roles (CISO, Head of Security, Director-level)
• Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Experience in SOC operations, risk management, and enterprise security architecture
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in government, enterprise, or regulated industries is highly preferred
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-security environments

Pay: KD4,000.000 - KD7,000.000 per month
