Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the survey team in all surveying activities for water, sewerage, and pipeline works.
- Establish and verify control points, site benchmarks, and alignments in accordance with project specifications.
- Oversee setting out for trenches, pipelines, chambers, manholes, and related civil structures.
- Review survey data, drawings, and as-built records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
- Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, and QA/QC teams to resolve any survey-related discrepancies.
- Ensure proper calibration, use, and maintenance of survey instruments (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, digital levels).
- Validate surveying works performed by subcontractors and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly surveying reports and maintain comprehensive documentation for project records and approvals.
- Support project progress by ensuring timely survey deliverables to avoid execution delays.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in land surveying, with at least 5 years in water/sewerage or utility infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of ADSSC/ADDWC/ADQ or similar authority standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD, and surveying software.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
