Role Overview

The CLO will be responsible for managing logistics operations, optimizing supply chains, and ensuring seamless delivery services. This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to align logistics initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s logistics and supply chain strategy.
• Oversee courier operations, fleet management, and distribution networks.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari logistics regulations and international standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align logistics initiatives with organizational goals.
• Lead innovation initiatives in digital logistics, automation, and sustainable delivery solutions.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for logistics operations.
• Mentor and develop logistics teams to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari logistics regulations and international supply chain standards.
• Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations successfully.
• Expertise in courier services, fleet management, and supply chain optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
