Purpose of Role

To ensure statutory compliance, corporate governance, and legal risk management for Sterlite Power Transmission Limited and its JV operations. The role is critical for maintaining robust governance frameworks, seamless JV integration, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Position Summary

The incumbent will lead all legal and secretarial functions, including compliance, governance, contract management, and risk mitigation. This role demands expertise in corporate law, SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and JV agreements, along with experience in managing Board processes and stakeholder communication.

• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and JV structures
• Ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional compliance
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
