ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Seline Clinic, a prestigious full-cycle aesthetic medical clinic, is expanding into the heart of the Middle East. We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our growing Marketing Department. The CMO/Marketing Director will oversee the full spectrum of marketing activities across all channels, ensuring our brand, campaigns, and communication strategies reflect the excellence of our clinic and drive strong commercial performance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop, lead, and execute the full marketing strategy for the clinic, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
- Oversee and manage the entire marketing team.
- Foster a positive, innovative, and highly productive team environment through coaching, leadership, performance management, and continuous development.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external marketing touchpoints, in line with luxury aesthetic clinic standards.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies within Dubai’s competitive aesthetic landscape.
Brand Management & Creative Direction:
- Oversee brand identity, visual direction, campaign concepts, and all creative outputs across print, digital, and in-clinic assets.
- Ensure premium, high-quality creative content that reflects the clinic’s positioning in the aesthetic sector.
- Lead creative brainstorming, content planning, photo/video production cycles, and campaign storytelling.
- Maintain a strong brand voice and ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the clinic’s overall strategy and standards.
Digital Marketing & Performance Growth:
- Direct and optimize all digital marketing activities, including paid ads, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media campaigns, email marketing, and website performance.
- Ensure strong lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven strategy implementation.
- Oversee analytics, tracking tools, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement across digital channels.
- Manage online reputation, patient reviews, and digital brand presence across all platforms.
Public Relations & Communications:
- Lead all PR activities, press communications, media relations, and influencer partnerships.
- Represent the brand at industry events, partnerships, and media opportunities.
- Ensure strong, consistent clinic messaging and storytelling across all PR channels.
- Oversee collaboration with external agencies, partners, ambassadors, and community networks.
Social Media & Content Strategy:
- Guide the content calendar, social media strategy, storytelling approach, and digital voice of the brand.
- Review and approve content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Ensure timely publishing, rapid response to trends, and brand-consistent engagement.
- Monitor platform analytics and adjust strategies based on real-time performance.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and monitor all marketing campaigns including service launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations and Medical teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with clinic offerings and patient expectations.
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and meet KPIs.
- Develop loyalty, patient retention, and referral programs in alignment with clinic strategy.
Market Analysis & Competitive Insights:
- Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to maintain a strong competitive edge.
- Track industry trends, patient behavior insights, and emerging technologies relevant to the aesthetic market.
- Present quarterly market reviews and marketing performance updates to senior leadership.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Managing Director, Administrative Director, Operations, and Medical teams to support organizational goals.
- Ensure seamless communication between marketing and other departments, aligning patient experience with marketing promises.
- Support HR with employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and internal marketing initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in the UAE aesthetic or healthcare industry is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams (creative, digital, PR, social).
- Deep understanding of all marketing processes from A-Z, especially for a Dubai-based aesthetic clinic.
- Strong ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies that directly drive revenue, brand awareness, and patient acquisition.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Russian language proficiency is a plus.
