We’re now hiring a CMO / Growth Hacker to design and lead our entire marketing function — building the systems, funnels, and strategies that will drive the next stage of our growth.

Role Overview

As CMO, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy — from funnel design and campaign execution to team structure and leadership. You’ll be responsible for scaling traffic, conversions, and revenue across both organic and paid channels.

This is a founding-level leadership role, working directly with the executive team to shape the future of LockedIn AI’s growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the marketing organization structure for scale.
• Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy, including:
• Organic/social: Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Paid: Google SEO, Google Ads, and social ads
• Community & retention: email funnels, referral loops, partnerships
• Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking.
• Drive brand positioning and storytelling to expand awareness and adoption.
• Partner with leadership on revenue, traffic, and long-term growth planning.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in growth marketing, ideally within startups, SaaS, or AI/tech.
• Proven success scaling traffic, users, and revenue with multi-channel strategies.
• Strong expertise in organic/free funnels (social virality, SEO, community-driven growth).
• Hands-on experience with paid acquisition and funnel optimization.
• Ability to design and manage a marketing hierarchy and growth systems.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven, execution-focused mindset.

Compensation

• Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000/year
• Performance bonuses tied to growth milestones
• Equity options available for the right candidate
• Final package determined by experience, skills, and track record
