Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer

Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer (CMRO)

ChainIT Holding Corp.
Remote-first | Scottsdale, Arizona office option
Full-Time | Executive Leadership

Build the commercial engine of a company positioned to define a new market.

ChainIT Holding Corp. is seeking an exceptional Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer (CMRO) to lead market strategy, revenue acceleration, and go-to-market execution across a growing portfolio of products and subsidiaries.

This is not a traditional CMO role. It is a broad commercial leadership mandate spanning category positioning, enterprise narrative, demand creation, sales leadership, market development, and organizational buildout.

In the near term, this executive will help drive revenue directly while unifying sales and marketing across the enterprise. Over time, they will build the commercial structure, leadership bench, and operating cadence required to scale a durable, market-leading growth engine.

This is a rare opportunity for a true operator-builder to help shape the trajectory of a company with meaningful upside, real market momentum, and the potential to become a category-defining enterprise.

About ChainIT

ChainIT is building for a rapidly changing operating environment in which legacy systems, fragmented infrastructure, and outdated operating models are becoming increasingly obsolete.

Our platform is designed to support and integrate with AI-driven workflows and intelligent agents across the operating stack. We believe the next generation of enterprise infrastructure will be shaped by automation, machine-led coordination, stronger trust architecture, and new models for how institutions transact, verify, and scale.

ChainIT is not simply entering an existing category. We believe we are helping define what comes next.

The foundation is already in place. ChainIT has a meaningful intellectual property position, including numerous patents and awarded trademarks, and a commercial pipeline that includes several top 10 banks as well as opportunities across local, state, and federal government, card brands, insurance, healthcare, logistics, sports and entertainment, legal, and consumer-facing channels.

ChainIT is a remote-first organization, with an office option in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Mandate

The company now needs a senior executive who can bring cohesion, urgency, and quality to the full market-facing function.

The CMRO will be expected to:

  • build and unify the enterprise narrative
  • align sales and marketing across products, subsidiaries, and business lines
  • identify priority verticals, launch paths, and partnership opportunities
  • help drive early-stage commercial momentum and revenue development
  • recruit outstanding sales leaders, business development talent, and commercial operators
  • install discipline, accountability, and performance management across go-to-market functions
  • translate technical innovation, patents, and platform capabilities into compelling market value

This is a highly leveraged leadership hire. The right executive will materially improve strategic clarity, speed to market, talent quality, and commercial conversion.

What You Will Own

  • Lead ChainIT’s enterprise-wide go-to-market and market-positioning strategy across the holding company and its subsidiaries
  • Unify sales and marketing leadership across multiple products, business lines, and operating entities
  • Establish messaging consistency, narrative discipline, and brand architecture across the enterprise
  • Help drive early-stage revenue efforts and contribute directly to commercial momentum
  • Recruit and build high-performing sales leadership, business development teams, and strong individual contributors
  • Identify and prioritize the most attractive markets, buyer segments, launch opportunities, and partnership channels
  • Translate technical differentiation, patent-backed innovation, and platform advantages into clear customer value propositions
  • Strengthen market credibility with large enterprises, regulated sectors, and institutional buyers
  • Build repeatable commercial systems, including sales enablement, demand generation, launch planning, GTM coordination, KPI management, and forecasting discipline
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on growth strategy, sequencing, external positioning, and organizational buildout

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will not be measured by polished messaging alone.

Success means:

  • ChainIT is clearly understood and correctly valued by the market
  • sales and marketing across the enterprise are aligned around a coherent strategy
  • the company is focused on the right markets, buyers, and launch opportunities
  • stronger commercial talent is recruited quickly and effectively
  • early revenue momentum accelerates
  • institutional buyers see ChainIT as credible, differentiated, and strategically relevant
  • a repeatable commercial operating system is built to support enterprise-scale growth
  • ChainIT begins to define and lead the category rather than react to it

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an elite market-facing and commercial executive with the ability to build, recruit, lead, and scale in complex, high-growth environments.

We are prioritizing candidates with:

  • executive leadership experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, enterprise infrastructure, identity, payments, legaltech, AI platforms, or similarly complex sectors
  • real success leading both strategic marketing and revenue-oriented go-to-market execution
  • experience coordinating across multiple brands, subsidiaries, product lines, or business units
  • a track record of helping define or shape emerging categories, rather than simply operating inside mature ones
  • experience hiring and scaling high-performing sales leadership and business development teams
  • strong institutional credibility and comfort selling into large enterprises, regulated sectors, and complex stakeholder environments
  • fluency in the current AI landscape, especially AI agents and their practical business implications
  • the ability to understand and clearly communicate how legacy operating models are being displaced by AI-driven and next-generation infrastructure models
  • exceptional skill in narrative development, positioning, executive communication, and market education
  • strong judgment, high drive, and the personal presence to attract talent, open doors, and motivate teams

The Kind of Leader Who Will Thrive Here

The strongest candidates will not present as traditional marketers. They will present as company builders.

They are likely to be:

  • intensely driven
  • highly connected
  • commercially aggressive
  • credible with senior decision-makers
  • motivating and magnetic with talent
  • comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and scale
  • energized by building rather than inheriting
  • ambitious enough to pursue enterprise-defining outcomes

They know how to move between narrative, revenue, hiring, and organizational buildout without losing momentum.

Why This Role Stands Out

This is a chance to join early enough to shape the category, but late enough that the foundation, intellectual property, and market opportunity are already real.

The structure is in place.
The IP is in place.
The pipeline is real.
The timing is real.

What ChainIT needs now is an exceptional executive who can unify the story, sharpen market entry, build the commercial leadership bench, drive early revenue, and help turn a strong platform into a market-defining enterprise.

For the right person, this is a career-defining opportunity to help build something enduring, valuable, and category-leading.

This is intended to be a top-tier executive opportunity. Compensation will be structured to attract exceptional talent and reward enterprise value creation, including meaningful long-term upside for the right leader.
