Role Summary
The Chief Marketing Strategist will lead the agency’s marketing vision, client strategy, and brand positioning. This role is responsible for managing all client accounts, overseeing campaign performance, guiding branding concepts, and building scalable marketing systems.
This is a senior leadership position heading the marketing and branding department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall marketing strategy for the agency and its clients
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, and identity frameworks
- Manage and oversee all client accounts
- Direct performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Guide creative team on branding, storytelling, and campaign concepts
- Build structured SOPs for campaign execution and reporting
- Conduct strategy meetings with clients
- Monitor KPIs, ROAS, lead generation metrics
- Allocate budgets and forecast campaign outcomes
- Train and supervise marketing team members
- Drive agency growth and client retention
