Chief Medical Officer - Female

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the healthcare services provided across schools, with a primary focus on pediatric care. The CMO will review and approve all school nurse prescriptions, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, and maintain the highest standards of student health and safety. In addition, the CMO will provide leadership to the nursing team, support wellness initiatives, and ensure effective coordination between the medical staff, school authorities, and the management team.Key Responsibilities:

· Provide professional guidance, mentorship, and support to junior physicians and medical staff.

· Ensure the highest standards of student/patient care are consistently maintained.

· Lead and oversee health camps, wellness awareness programs, and workshops within the organization.

· Perform administrative duties, including policy development, compliance, and risk management.

· Recruit, evaluate, and train new physicians to ensure quality and consistency in healthcare delivery.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall healthcare services and patient outcomes.

· Attend board meetings and interact with the CEO, health administrators, and department heads regarding the facility’s performance and strategic direction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 12–15 years of clinical experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or administrative role.
  • Proven track record in healthcare administration, physician management, and patient safety practices.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
