Hiring Chief Nursing Supervisor/Cluster Nursing Supervisor

Qualifications: B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing

Experience - 5 Plus years

Location: ECR,Chennai.

Shift: Day Shift.

We are looking for a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee and manage the nursing team of our units. You should be able to ensure smooth nursing operation at our units through day-to-day management and long term planning.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure Nursing operational standards are met

- Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer metrics.

- Train new team members.

- Evaluate Nurses' performance

- Handle complaints or other issues

- To formulate SOPs

- Willing to travel PAN India

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Nursing Supervisor, ICU Experience and Admin activities

- In-depth knowledge of Hospital procedures

- Team management skills

- Great Communication , People skills, Leadership Skills and Networking Skills

- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

- Should be Technology savy with good knowledge in MS Office.

- Valid Nursing license.

- Hindi speaking is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
