Job Summary
The Chief of Staff serves as the principal strategic advisor to the Business Head, ensuring effective oversight of business performance, marketing, and the PMO Office. This role blends strategic, managerial, and administrative responsibilities to drive operational excellence, enhance decision-making, and ensure the alignment of all projects with organizational objectives. The position requires a highly capable leader with strong business acumen who can translate strategy into action, manage complex initiatives, and represent the Business Head in both internal and external forums.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Business Head to define, prioritize, and execute strategic plans and initiatives in line with organizational goals.

Translate business strategies into actionable programs and oversee initiatives from inception to successful delivery.

Lead and monitor special projects on behalf of the Business Head, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic objectives.

Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior leadership.

Oversee and manage the Business Head’s administrative, operational, and financial activities.

Handle executive communications to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Review and interpret financial reports and business metrics, offering insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.

Develop communication frameworks to foster collaboration between the Business Head’s office and various departments.

Streamline processes, implement efficiencies, and drive organizational productivity.

Act as liaison between executives, leadership teams, and staff on company climate, project progress, proposals, and strategic planning.

Establish office standards and procedures, including hiring and managing executive office personnel.

Support leadership in measuring team performance, and provide tactical guidance to implement new initiatives.

Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Represent the Business Head in executive meetings, internal forums, and external engagements as required.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in senior management or leadership roles.

Minimum of 5 years of GCC experience is preferred.
Education Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (required).
