About Seera

Seera is building the MENA region’s first premium short-form Arabic micro-drama platform — a next-gen streaming app designed for Gen-Z and Millennials across Saudi, UAE, and the wider region.


Built by two MIT founders with experience at Meta, MBC/Shahid, and Amazon, Seera combines world-class creative storytelling with data-driven product and growth.

The Role — Chief of Staff to the CEO

You will act as the CEO’s right hand , driving clarity, speed, and execution across the company. You’ll own high-leverage strategic initiatives, unblock cross-functional work, and ensure the CEO’s time is optimized for the highest-value priorities.

This is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, solves problems before they appear, and wants to play a pivotal role in building a high-growth consumer tech/media brand.


What You’ll Do Strategic & Analytical
  • Work directly with the CEO on company OKRs, quarterly priorities, and board/investor materials.
  • Lead strategic deep dives (e.g., competitive analysis, telco partnerships, international expansion).
Execution & Program Management
  • Run the CEO’s operating system: weekly exec syncs, dashboards, follow-through, accountability.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, operations, content, marketing.
  • Own complex projects end-to-end (e.g., marketing initiatives, licensing deals, production workflows).
Communication & Leadership
  • Prepare CEO briefs, internal memos, investor updates, and strategic narratives.
  • Act as a communication bridge across teams to ensure alignment and speed.
  • Represent the CEO in key internal/external conversations when needed.
Special Projects

Depending on your strengths, you may take ownership of:

  • GTM and growth experiments
  • Creative/production workflows
  • Launching new regional markets
  • Sponsorship & brand partnerships
