Role Description
Rosen Partners, a real estate development and technology investment company, is seeking a highly capable, hands-on Chief of Staff to the CEO. This role is ideal for a highly capable and resourceful project manager, operator, and problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments. The Chief of Staff will oversee projects, people, processes, and partnerships—ensuring that priorities move forward efficiently, professionally, and at a consistently high level. This role is both strategic and hands-on execution as follow-through, and ownership are essential. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, brings structure to ambiguity, and ensures projects are completed.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Management

Lead and project-manage key initiatives from planning through execution

Translate priorities into clear workflows, timelines, and deliverables

Build, document, and improve operational processes

Track progress, manage outcomes, and provide regular updates
Relationship & Partner Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, advisors, vendors, and collaborators

Serve as a reliable point of contact with strong follow-through

Represent the firm with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Non-Profit Board & Leadership Operations

Support and help execute leadership’s nonprofit involvement across multiple organizations

Help track initiatives, priorities, and commitments across nonprofit roles to ensure effective execution and accountability

Coordinate logistics, materials, and preparation for board meetings, committee meetings, and leadership engagements

Draft and organize board materials, presentations, updates, and follow-ups as needed
Meetings, Materials & Execution Support

Prepare materials for leadership, partner, client, and board meetings

Draft presentations, reports, talking points, and summaries

Manage meeting logistics, follow-ups, and deadlines
Communications & Marketing Support

Draft clear, professional internal and external communications

Support marketing and visibility initiatives across real estate, investing, and nonprofit work

Coordinate with external consultants or vendors as needed
Qualifications
Experience
-
Relevant professional experience in real estate, operations, professional services, tech/startups, or related fields; exceptional early-career candidates with outstanding judgment, maturity, and execution ability will also be considered

Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders strongly preferred

Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
