Chief of Staff MEA

We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to partner with our Managing Director in scaling Wonderful’s operations across the Middle East and Africa. This role calls for a strategic, solutions driven operator with a strong consulting background and outstanding people skills. Someone who can drive execution, build operational excellence, and accelerate growth in a fast-moving environment.

Role Overview:

• Act as a force multiplier for the MD, taking ownership of critical projects 
• Own cross-functional operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to drive decision-making
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business questions (market entry, pricing, go-to-market strategy, unit economics)
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders and teams across HR, Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Product, Marketing/Comms
• Facilitate communication between regional leadership and global HQ teams
• Together with the GTM Team manage relationships with key enterprise clients, partners, and government stakeholders as needed
• Support the MD in building and scaling the regional team, including hiring, onboarding, and organizational design
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Wonderful's values of Urgency, Professionalism, Independence, and Vibe

Requirements:

• 3–6 years at a top-tier management consulting firm with a strong record of solving complex business problems through structured, analytical thinking
• Experience across strategy, operations, and growth initiatives, with the ability to shift from high-level strategy to hands-on execution
• Background working across multiple industries; experience in/with the region preferred, and Arabic fluency is a plus
• Proven ability to build processes, frameworks, and systems that support organizational scale
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments; startup experience strongly valued
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly as priorities evolve
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and BI tools
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B technology, or AI/ML industries is highly valued
• Able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
